1. The Service

StockRead provides AI-generated stock analysis reports for informational and educational purposes only. Reports are not financial advice. You should not make investment decisions based solely on StockRead reports. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use StockRead. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app, which will permanently remove all your data.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

• Free users receive 3 stock analysis reports per month at no cost.
• Pro subscribers get unlimited reports for a monthly subscription fee.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. AI-Generated Content

Stock analysis reports are generated using artificial intelligence (xAI's Grok model) combined with financial data from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. StockRead does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free report quotas.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API or service.
• Redistribute reports commercially without written permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The StockRead app, branding, and underlying technology are owned by StockRead. Reports generated through the service may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes. The financial data used in reports is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

StockRead is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockRead shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to investment losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app's Settings screen.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
